Before the presentation of the monopusher chronograph, the “main piece” of Patek Philippe Replica Watches innovations was the Travel Time REF Annual Calendar. 5326G-001. The annual calendar is adjusted on the basis of local time, i.e. the calendar date is always indexed on the basis of the latter, and the calendar therefore adjusts itself forwards or backwards depending on the change in the time zone, and at all times in which you plan to travel east or west of the globe.

Another topic of conversation is represented by the extreme cleanliness of the case design; if we exclude the small correctors placed on the side, all ordinary adjustment operations are carried out via the crown, as in a classic Dual Time: the outermost position of the crown allows you to adjust the home time and the intermediate one the local time. Two small openings on the dial, indicated by the words “Home” and “Local” indicate in which period of the 24 hours we are in one or the other destination.

Mechanical complication therefore, but extreme purity of dial, finally, in which Patek proves that it seeks an identity of vintage but sporty taste rather than classic. The base is anthracite gray with black shades on the edge and applied Arabic numerals filled with beige luminescent material. Perhaps it is necessary to get used to the texture on the dial which is difficult to associate naturally with an exquisitely Calatrava watch, with “Clous de Paris” worked sides. Patek also presented a time-only reference in white gold with the same “texture”, but the two models differ in size and, evidently, in the origin of the caliber.

The Travel Time Annual Calendar Ref. 5326G-001 measures 41 mm in width, excluding crown, and 11.07 mm in thickness. The Patek caliber 31-260 PS QA LU FUS 24H, equipped with eight patents, has a fine architecture with hand-finished curved bridges and the micro-rotor is in platinum. It is overall very balanced and technically satisfying. The price is equal to 69,930 Euros.
