We talk about the newly opened Tag Heuer Replica boutique with Kamil Bekier, Operations Director of Noble Place, the official representative of the Swiss brand in Poland.
Although the Polish market – in the context of luxury watches – is still far from its western neighbors, the situation seems to be improving year by year. Society is getting richer, and therefore more willing to spend money on high-end goods. This is noticed by premium companies, which are increasingly entering Poland. TAG Heuer has recently joined the group of brands that have decided to make a stronger presence in our country. The Swiss manufacturer, in cooperation with Noble Place, has opened its first monobrand boutique in Poland in Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw.
You are the first Polish company to decide to open a monobrand boutique in cooperation with TAG Heuer. Congratulations! What prompted you to take this step?
Noble Place has been cooperating with TAG Heuer for many years. Initially, it was a small exhibition of watches, but over time we reached a situation where they occupied a large part of our showrooms. This was met with a very good reception by customers and encouraged us to further strengthen our relations.
The brand is very recognizable and liked by watch enthusiasts, which is influenced by the excellently designed and high-quality watches and its heritage. From the business side, I appreciate TAG Heuer for the thoughtful and sensible way it treats distribution and relationships with partners.
How much time passed from the first conversation with TAG Heuer about the boutique to its opening?
Several years passed from the emergence of the idea. During this time, we were looking for, among other things, the right place and premises with the right layout. After finalizing the details, the rest of the work was completed in a few months.
Maybe it is worth explaining for people who are less interested in watches how the monobrand boutique will differ from other points of sale with TAG Heuer watches in Poland?
A monobrand boutique sells watches of only one brand. And this is unique when it comes to TAG Heuer in Poland. This approach brings many different benefits. Among other things, access to limited models that are only available in the boutique.
In addition, since the entire space is dedicated to one brand, the customer can immerse themselves in its world and heritage for a moment, feel the values it espouses, see references to events in which TAG Heuer is currently involved – such as the recent large partnership with the Porsche brand and racing, which we emphasize with appropriate gadgets and décor. Who knows, maybe in the future Max Verstappen, the Formula 1 world champion who also works with TAG Heuer, will visit us (laughter).
