Patek Annual Calendar 5205R olive green dial
The reference 5205R is, in my opinion, among those that best identify the spirit and history of the manufacture. The arrangement of the three windows and the classic proportions of the case best describe the tradition. Incredibly, the 5205R is not among the most desired Pateks although its prices have progressively risen in the last two years.
This year, Patek Philippe Replica adds a new combination; the dial takes on an olive green tone shaded on the sides, with a sunray finish in the center, which combines perfectly with the rose gold of the case. The 40mm diameter and 11.36mm thickness are dimensions of perfect proportions. The price of the Patek Annual Calendar 5205R olive green dial is 50,570 Euros.
Patek Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270P
Green dial also for a Patek Grand Complication par excellence: the Chrono Perpetual Calendar reference 5270P. The new combination involves the association between a bright green and a platinum case. The platinum dampens the liveliness of the color, a decidedly different shade from that adopted on the 5205R which I consider superior in terms of refinement, also because I don’t like the green stitching on the strap of such a classic and complicated watch. In short, it seems a bit forced to me.
The layout ensured by the legendary CH 29-535 PS Q caliber is perfect, and has often been imitated, but never equaled for the overall harmony and proportions of the dial. In this case, the two small Patek school windows identify the day-night indication and the leap year. The price of the Patek Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270P is 192,580 Euros.
Patek introduces three new versions of its Universal Time
Three new versions of Universal Time are added to the collection. One of the three is for women; it is the reference 7130R-014 with a rose gold case, green dial and 62 diamonds on the bezel, plus the same 27 on the pin buckle. With a diameter of 36 mm and thickness of 8.83 mm it could easily be considered a unisex model on some markets. The price of this variant is 52,720 Euros.
For him, however, the High Craftsmanship Universal Time Ref. 5231G-001 is planned which depicts Oceania and South East Asia on the dial, made with the “Grand Feu cloisonné” technique associated with a 38.5 mm and 10 mm white gold case, 23mm thick. The price is 80,690 Euros.
Finally, the same version is also available in a platinum variant with a “guilloché” dial. The price in this case is equal to 64,550 Euros.
